We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website collects and how Linen Wine Bar & Kitchen uses it.
Reservations and event sign-ups
When you reserve a table, book the chef’s counter, request private dining or sign up for a class or winemaker dinner, we receive your name, email address, phone number, party size and anything you tell us, such as allergies or an occasion. We use these only to run the booking: to confirm it, remind you the day before, contact you about changes and set up your table. Allergy notes go to the kitchen for that evening. We never sell your information.
Payments
Deposits for the chef’s counter and private dining, and payments for classes and dinners, are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Refunds for cancellations made in time go back to the same card.
The Linen letter
If you join the Linen letter, or tick “Email me news and offers” when you book or write to us, we add your address to our mailing list and send about one email a month. You confirm your address by email first, and every message has a link to unsubscribe.
Messages
What you send through our contact form goes to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Other services
Some pages load a map or other tools from other companies. They have their own privacy policies and load only when you use them.
