Wine class: the Rhône, north and south

The Rhône Valley makes two very different red wines. In the north, Syrah grows on granite slopes and tastes of olives, pepper and smoke. In the south, Grenache-led blends are warm, spicy and generous. Camille pours three of each, with a white Marsanne for a warm-up, and shows how to tell them apart in the glass.
