Piedmont’s Nebbiolo is pale in color and powerful in tannin, with rose petals and tar on the nose. Camille pours a Langhe Nebbiolo, a Barbaresco and a Barolo next to Barbera and Dolcetto, the everyday reds of the region, and explains why the wine of kings needs a few years in the cellar.
